Detailed Itinerary

07:30 / 12:30 – Meet at Our Office & Gear Fitting

Your guide will prepare and adjust your climbing gear: harness, helmet, shoes, ropes, and belay device.

08:00 – 08:30 | Transfer to Tiger Beach

Shuttle transfer to Bến Bèo harbour.

Board a basket boat or traditional wooden boat to reach Tiger Beach.

Travel time: ~30 minutes north of Bến Bèo.

Along the way, enjoy views of:

• Floating fishing villages
• Towering limestone formations
• The turquoise waters of Lan Ha Bay

08:45 – Safety Briefing & Equipment Orientation

Your guide will walk you through:

• Safe belaying and climbing techniques
• Lead climbing communication commands
• How to clip quickdraws correctly
• Tide awareness (some routes may be affected at high tide)

09:00 – 11:45 | Top Rope & Lead Climbing Session

Tiger Beach features a mix of pockets, crimps, slabs, cracks, technical faces, light overhangs, and short traverses.
Your guide will select and set up routes suited to your level

Warm-Up Routes (5c – 6a)

Sea Breeze – 5c

Gentle slab, great friction

Ideal for warming up and getting used to the Tiger Beach limestone

12:00 – Pick Up & Leave Tiger Beach

Collect all gear

Board the boat back to Bến Bèo

12:30 – Return to Cát Bà Town

Shuttle transfer back to town or our office
