Important Information Before Booking

Before confirming your reservation, we would like to share a few important details:

• Our house is located in a secluded forest area, approximately 12 km from Cat Ba town center. As we are surrounded by nature, insects such as mosquitoes, termites, butterflies, and others are part of the environment. While rooms are kept clean, insects may occasionally enter.
• Our family has pets. Our dog may bark at night, and you may sometimes hear a neighbor’s dog as well. Overall, the area is quiet and safe, as it is isolated from villages, with only three households living nearby.
• Electricity is supplied by a solar power system. It works best on sunny days; on cloudy days, power may be limited, so we kindly ask guests to use electricity thoughtfully.
• The road leading to the homestay is a dirt road, which can be rough and bumpy. During rainy days, the road may become muddy and slippery.
• For guests staying with us for climbing, entry to Fish Valley is free throughout the stay.
• By staying with us, you’ll have the chance to experience authentic island life. Our family has lived on this island for over 300 years, and we are happy to share this unique way of life with you.
