7:00 - 7:30am : Arrive at office in Cat Ba. Here you will have breakfast, check in, and try on shoes and equipment.
8:00am: The boat picks up passengers to Lan Ha Bay for the Deep Water Solo tour. Deep water solo routes are graded between 4+ to 7c+. ( Depending on the tide we will change to DWS in the morning or afternoon )
Then the boat will cruise to the first wall called Sea Face, meanwhile the tour guides will explain and give you some tips about the jumping and landing techniques. Before each climb, they'll explain the name, grade and some hard movements you might need in the climb. At first, you'll start with a basic one (4a, 5m high) to get to know the feeling of jumping and correct your landing techniques, then based on your strength and climbing skills, our guides will recommend the next routes for you to try. There are about 15 routes on Sea Face, graded from 4a to 7a, mostly they're from 5a to 6b. There are also some traverse routes if you don't want to jump from a too high level.

After you finish with Sea Face, we'll go to the 2nd wall - harder - called Three Brothers, with about 17 routes graded from 5b to 7c+. Three Brothers is a perfect crag for DWS newbies. The crag is less intimidating than Hawaii 5-0 and has loads of easier climbs generally not exceeding 15 meters. Though short, the climbs feature interesting movement and boulder - style problems.
12:30pm: Lunch on the boat. After lunch, the guide will take the kayak for you, kayak through the caves, see hundreds of large and small islands and beautiful limestone mountains. You can also visit the pristine beaches to swim, immerse yourself in the clear blue water.

6:00pm: The guide will take you kayaking to see plankton (1 hour).
- The guide will take the kayak, and you will join our knowledgeable tour guide for an exceptional kayaking experience in the dark. Immerse yourself in one of nature's most enchanting wonders as our guides lead you to areas bathed in the mesmerizing glow of plankton bioluminescence. If you want, take a refreshing swim to witness your own sparkling silhouette on the water.

- Return for dinner and sleep on the floating house or on the boat. (Prices for sleeping on a floating house and a boat will vary.)

Start climbing while the guides belay and instruct you from below.
- Based on each one’s climbing experience and strength, the guides will recommend you the routes you should try. There is no time limit in climbing – this is the first step to introduce you to climbing technique, challenge and defeat your own fear. Our guides will be your coaches and supporters to help you complete the climbing routes. During the trip, the guides will give you a course about tying the figure 8-knots, communicating in technical terms, and you’ll learn the names of different movements on the wall. A quick introduction about the climbing devices will help you understand the importance of safety in climbing.
- The reward for every climb is the wonderful view of Lan Ha Bay from the top of the route. The guides will lower you down, then you can relax on the beach or swimming in the refreshing water.
- Our rock climbing trip will take place on Moody Beach, Lan Ha Bay. This beach is a great crag for beginning and intermediate climbers, with 6 routes graded from 4c to 6b. Aside from one overhanging climb, routes are all vertical. Rock quality is very good, with numerous good holds and ledges to rest.

- MAO DE – 5a, 21m, 10 bolts. Start from a stone a few meters right of the line. Climb diagonally up and leftward to an exposed step and small chimney finish.
- BAREFOOT VIETNAMESE – 6b+, 15m, 10 bolts. The most challenging route in the crag, with nice overhang movements.
- KHONG CO GI – 4c, 14m, 6 bolts. Climb up the big boulder and follow the chimney to the top. The upper section can be a bit tricky.
- HONEYMOONER’S DELIGHT – 5a, 11m, 6 bolts. Climb the arete to the top of the pillar. Traverse up and left through a series of pockets to the top.
- ROUTINE HEAVEN – 6a, 20m, 9 bolts. Two meters of tricky climbing at the second bolt make the grade. The rest is pure fun.
- DO IT FOR BILLY JOEL – 5a, 20m, 8 bolts. Follow the line of least resistance up the big chimney.
